Gregg has over 30 years of experience in accounting in the public and private sector. As a practitioner, he was a partner with Rothstein, Kass & Company, PC, specializing in the alternative investment industry, and has held the position of CFO for several companies with experience in a variety of industries.

Gregg is experienced in attest engagements and individual, business and fiduciary tax services for diverse clientele. He is well versed in tax research, compliance and special projects, evaluating each client’s circumstances to achieve the most beneficial outcome to his clients. William R. Oster CPA - Partner

Bill has been in public accounting for over 35 years, providing accounting and tax services for diverse clientele, with expertise in the nonprofit and affordable housing industry. Working primarily for small to medium sized public accounting firms, he has held the position of Director of Quality Control for approximately 8 years, holding a technical and review role for financial statements and audit quality for accounting firms in New York and New Jersey. Bill is also experienced in audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Grant Guidance, HUD and ERISA (employee benefit plans).

Bill is an engagement partner on Firm audit engagements and applies a practical and efficient approach to the audit process. Audits are performed in accordance with Professional and Firm Standards and designed to achieve a streamlined process and a quality deliverable. The Firm’s service philosophy also incorporates open communication with the client, which will result in an efficient, effective and useful tool for your Organization.
